60-Day Return Window
You have 60 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 60 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. For Sparkling Water Makers, this means all parts (carbonating bottle, fizz preserver, drip tray, CO2 cylinder if purchased as a bundle) must be included and show no signs of wear, scratches, or water exposure. For bottles, the seal must be unbroken. For flavors, the bottle must be unopened and the safety seal intact. For CO2 cylinders, the protective cap must be in place and the cylinder must not have been screwed into any device.
Non-returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include: opened flavor bottles (even if only tasted), used CO2 cylinders (empty or partial), any carbonating bottle that has been filled with water, and Sparkling Water Makers that show visible water damage or mineral deposits. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, email us before starting the return process.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our customer service team atĀ [email protected]Ā with the subject line "Return Request" followed by your order number. In the email, please specify which items you wish to return and the reason. We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and the return shipping address. Write the RMA clearly on the outside of the package. Returns without an RMA may be delayed or refused. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 5 business days. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or credit card issuer. If you paid with a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued as a new store credit. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except in cases where we made an error. For defective or wrong items, we also refund your return shipping cost up to the amount of standard ground shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, missing parts, or does not work as intended, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the damage or defect. We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund including return shipping. Do not discard the original packaging until your issue is resolved, as carriers may need to inspect it.
Exchanges
If you need a different product (for example, a different Sparkling Water Maker model or flavor), please return the original item following the process above and place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges because our inventory moves quickly, and a separate order ensures you receive the correct item without delay.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered the packing stage. Email us immediately. After 12 hours or once packed, cancellations are treated as returns subject to this policy.
