Thank you for shopping at SodaStreamSale. We are proud to offer free worldwide shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your packages. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time
After you submit your order and receive a confirmation email, we begin preparing your items for shipment. Our standard processing time is 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed by our fulfillment centers. During peak seasons (such as November and December), processing may take up to 5 business days, but we will notify you if that occurs. You will receive a second email with tracking information once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, your package will arrive in 6 to 12 business days. This delivery window applies to all destinations worldwide. We do not differentiate between domestic and international shipping because we ship globally from centralized warehouses. Please note that the 6 to 12 day estimate begins after the package leaves our facility, not after you place your order. For example, if processing takes 3 days, total time from order to delivery could be 9 to 15 business days. We do not offer expedited or express shipping at this time. All orders are sent via standard ground or air freight depending on your location.

Free Shipping Worldwide
Shipping is completely free for every order, regardless of size or value. Whether you buy a single CO2 cylinder or a full Sparkling Water Maker bundle, you pay no shipping fees. There are no hidden charges, handling fees, or fuel surcharges. The price you see at checkout is the final amount in USD.

Tracking Your Order
Every shipment includes a tracking number. You will receive this number in your shipping confirmation email. Click the link or copy the number into the carrier’s website to see real-time updates. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear after you receive the email. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us at [email protected]. We will investigate with the carrier and keep you informed.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Because we ship to many countries, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs. They are your responsibility as the importer of record. Customs policies vary widely by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for information. We cannot predict or control these fees. If you refuse to pay duties and the package is returned to us, we will refund your order amount minus the original shipping cost we incurred (even though you paid no shipping fee, we still pay the carrier) and any return shipping fees. For most small orders under 200 USD, duties are rarely applied, but check your local rules.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. If the package is lost due to an address error, we cannot issue a refund. To change an address after ordering, email us immediately. We can only modify addresses for orders that have not yet been processed (within 12 hours of placement).

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but then lost or stolen from your doorstep. If you live in an area with package theft, consider having your order shipped to a secure location or a post office box. For packages marked as delivered but not received, first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the carrier confirms delivery error, we will file a claim on your behalf.

Delays
Occasionally, weather, customs processing, or carrier strikes may delay delivery beyond the 6-12 day window. While rare, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. We will notify you of known delays and do our best to resolve them.
